I’ll admit, this month has had me a little thrown. I’ve taken some time out of pinning which Halloween-themed cupcakes I’m going to bake to bring you this month’s subscriber delivery – which features this year’s Card Nest Christmas collection. We’re posting out our Christmas cards throughout October, which yes, might evoke a few ‘it’s too soon’ responses*, but we wanted to make sure you have your Christmas cards in good time for posting them back out to your loved ones. Scroll down and take a look at what our elves are bringing you this year, and when the cut off for post day is.
It’s been a year since we last collaborated with Monster Riot, and we’re delighted to have them back for our Christmas collection. Somewhere out there is a giraffe that’s a little chilly, so we’ve wrapped him up in this patterned scarf. Printed on Colorplan’s 270gsm Natural stock and paired with a matching Colorplan envelope, its luxury is exuded by the ‘Merry Christmas’ gold foil – the icing on the (Christmas) cake.
Wrap Magazine X Charlotte Trounce
We’ve always admired Charlotte Trounce‘s work, and her collaborations with Wrap Magazine are always second to none. We are delighted to feature this Christmas design in this year’s collection. Starting off with a nude-pink canvas, this Christmas cracker bursts open to reveal a gold foiled greeting and plenty of colourful confetti. Don your Christmas hats people.
Always wanting to find something new and innovative, we didn’t think we’d be able to top the scratch and sniff doughnut cards a few months ago. However, when we discovered that siblings Pui and Wai, the creators behind Scout Editions had created limited edition festive shirts, each individually folded and affixed to the card, we knew we’d found something special. Subscribers can take their pick their favourite between the two (choose here) to be sent in their mailing.
Here we have it, your ‘seasons greetings’! We’ll be posting these out at the end of October – subscribe here before then to be included in this month’s post. If you’re new to us, use discount code ‘journal’ for a great introductory offer – 50% off your first month.
*C’mon, mince pies have been on the shelves since late August.
